Kimble Steadman

Mediation and Volunteer Coordinator

Kimble is the Case Manager and Volunteer Coordinator at the Waco County DRC. Her responsibilities include handling intake, scheduling mediations, and finding volunteer mediators. She will also mediate as needed for the DRC. 

Kimble Steadman is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in communications. Kimble has been trained in Basic Mediation, Advanced Family Mediation, Elder Mediation, CPS Mediation, Arbitration, Restorative School Mediation, and Parent Coordination and Facilitation.  Kimble has served for two years on the Board of the Texas Association of Mediators (TAM) as their Social Media Chair and was presented with the first-ever “Rising Star” award in the field of Mediation by the organization. 

Kimble believes that Mediation is an incredible tool that allows creative freedom to construct your own solutions, and she is thrilled to work in a place that allows people to do so.
